Chief Minister Sri A Revanth Reddy Anumula directed officials to formulate a clear policy regarding the allocation of lands to various mutts under the jurisdiction of Yadagirigutta Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple. He emphasized that the ownership rights of the lands should remain with the temple authorities.
The Chief Minister reviewed the development of #Yadagirigutta Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in a high-level meeting held at the MCR HRD Bodhi Pavilion.
He instructed officials to study the land allocation policy followed by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) and adopt a suitable approach for Yadagirigutta. He suggested that land for the Hare Rama Hare Krishna (Charitable) Foundation in Yadagirigutta should be allotted as per the market value.

The Chief Minister directed officials to prepare a list of organizations willing to construct guest houses on the hill and follow the TTD model for guest house construction. He also instructed that approvals should be granted in a phased manner. A clear policy with proper guidelines should also be framed for allotting land to caste-based associations.
Officials were instructed to immediately release funds for land acquisition required for various development works within the temple premises. The Chief Minister ordered a detailed study of the report submitted by the engineers’ committee regarding the temple construction and asked for a report within a week. He also directed officials to develop a tourism circuit under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
The meeting was attended by Rajya Sabha MP Vem Narender Reddy, MPs Kiran Chamala and Raghuveer, Government Whip Beerla Ilaiah, MLA Kumbam Anil Kumar, along with officials from the Endowments Department, Finance Department, and Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple.
