The governing body of the Film Critics Association met Telangana Press Academy Chairman Srinivas Reddy and submitted a representation requesting adequate priority for its members in the Journalist Housing Scheme.
Responding positively, the Chairman stated that journalists with a minimum of 10 years of experience are eligible for the government housing scheme. He advised that all eligible members of the Telugu Film Critics Association should approach the concerned authorities as per government norms.
The delegation included Association President Battula J.V. Prasad Rao, Secretary Suresh Kondeti, Vice Presidents Janardhan Reddy and M.D. Abdul, Joint Secretaries Parveen and R. Shyam Kumar, Treasurer Bharadwaj Chadalawada, along with other members.
