Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy strongly criticized the BRS leadership over their claims regarding the completion of irrigation projects.
“BRS leaders are spreading blatant lies by claiming that 90% of the project works have been completed. If not even 50% of the estimated expenditure has been spent, how can they claim that 90% of the work is finished? I do not understand the science or mathematics behind such statements,” he remarked.
“I have not read 80,000 books, but I can clearly see the facts. After looting public resources, they are now trying to portray us as the culprits,” he said.
The Chief Minister asserted that people are fully aware of the reality and cannot be misled. “The public knows everything. They are not naive,” he added.
Revanth Reddy stated that his visit to the Palamuru region was aimed at reviewing and accelerating the completion of pending irrigation projects on a war footing to ensure benefits reach farmers and the public at the earliest.
