CityLightBuzz: As part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process in Telangana, TPCC Election Commission Coordination Committee Chairman Pulipati Rajesh Kumar, along with committee member Mohammed Wajid Hussain, met Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) C. Sudarshan Reddy, IAS, and submitted a representation seeking details of nearly 40 lakh voters categorized as “Uncollectable Enumeration Forms Voters.”
Rajesh Kumar stated that Congress leaders from several districts had reported that many voters whose names appeared in the 2025 electoral rolls, but who had not yet submitted their enumeration forms to Booth Level Officers (BLOs), were already being included in the ASDD list despite four days still remaining for the submission deadline.
Expressing concern, he said there was a possibility that genuine voters could be deleted from the electoral rolls if their enumeration forms were not submitted in time.
The TPCC requested the Chief Electoral Officer to provide the details of these voters so that Booth Level Agents (BLAs) could trace genuine voters, assist them in filling out the enumeration forms, and ensure they are submitted to the concerned BLOs before the deadline.
Pulipati Rajesh Kumar emphasized that the objective was to help safeguard the voting rights of eligible citizens and assist the Election Commission in ensuring a fair and transparent electoral revision process.
