Hyderabad: Telangana Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla, along with his wife Smt. Janaki Shukla, offered the first puja to the iconic Khairatabad Mahaganapati on the auspicious occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi.
The Governor performed special prayers before Khairatabad Mahaganapati and sought the blessings of Lord Ganesha for the health, happiness and prosperity of the people of Telangana.He also prayed for the well-being, peace and continued progress of the State.
The Khairatabad Ganesh celebrations are among Hyderabad’s most prominent Vinayaka Chavithi festivities, attracting large numbers of devotees every year. The festival reflects the city’s rich spiritual traditions and the devotion of people from across Telangana and beyond.
On the occasion, the Governor extended his heartfelt Vinayaka Chavithi greetings to the people and wished that Lord Ganesha remove all obstacles and bless every family with peace, prosperity, good health and happiness.Ganpati Bappa Morya!
