YADADRI BHUVANAGIRI: Former Haryana Governor and former Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya visited the renowned Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple at Yadagirigutta in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district on Sunday and offered prayers to the presiding deity.Temple priests and officials welcomed him with traditional Purna Kumbham. Dattatreya subsequently had darshan of Lord Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy and performed special prayers at the temple.
Following the darshan, Vedic scholars blessed him with Veda Ashirvachanam at the temple’s Rangamandapam. Temple officials also presented him with the Lord’s Sheshavastram and laddu prasadam as part of the traditional temple honours.
The visit reflected the religious significance of Yadadri, one of Telangana’s prominent pilgrimage destinations, which attracts devotees from across the state and beyond.
