Hyderabad, September 28, 2026: HYDRA Commissioner A.V. Ranganath, IPS, met Nerella Saradha, who recently assumed charge as the Chairperson of the Telangana State Commission for Women, and congratulated her on her appointment.
The meeting took place at Buddha Bhavan, where the HYDRA office is located. Ranganath conveyed his best wishes to Saradha and presented her with a bouquet on the occasion.

The interaction between the two officials comes shortly after Saradha took charge of the Women’s Commission, which focuses on issues concerning women’s rights, safety and welfare. Recent reports on her assumption of office said she highlighted support for women and girl students as key priorities.
