CityLightBuzz: Hyderabad’s Streets, Youth Culture and Local Flavour Take Centre Stage in the New Rap Number
The makers of the upcoming Telugu film ‘Ameer Log’ have unveiled the high-energy Hindi rap number ‘BAJARE BANJO’, adding to the excitement surrounding the film’s theatrical release.
Produced by Madhavi Reddy Soma under the banner of Awwal Number Productions and directed by Ramana Reddy Soma, the film is co-produced by Manohar Reddy Manchuri. The movie features MC Hari, Manoj and Shashidhar Koccherlakota in the lead roles, along with Vedha Jalandhar, Ravan Nittooru, Vishwender Reddy and Sai Yogi in key roles.
The newly released ‘BAJARE BANJO’ captures the raw, energetic and vibrant atmosphere of Hyderabad’s streets and basti culture. Packed with youthful energy, catchy beats and a strong local flavour, the song showcases the city’s unique culture and is expected to connect strongly with Hyderabad’s young audience.
Double E (Waseem) has written and performed the rap, while Shahbaz Khan has lent his voice to the track. Smaran Sai has composed and arranged the music, giving the song an energetic and instantly engaging sound.
The makers have been promoting the film with a series of songs and rap numbers that reflect the authentic flavour of Hyderabad. With its distinctive local setting and youthful presentation, ‘Ameer Log’ promises to showcase a different side of the city while carrying a meaningful message for today’s generation.
The technical team includes SVK as cinematographer, Rohith Penumatsa as editor and Smaran Sai as music director. Shakthi has designed the posters, while Swapnik Rao handles sync sound and mixing.
The film is set for a grand theatrical release in Telugu on August 21, with the release being presented through Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media.
