Protesting against the alleged indifferent attitude of the Congress government towards farmers’ issues, BJP leaders undertook the “Rythu Gosa – BJP Bharosa” yatra under the leadership of N. Ramchander Rao.
As part of the yatra, BJP state leaders visited the agricultural market yard at Kulkacharla in Pargi mandal of Vikarabad district today. They inspected the paddy laid out for drying in the market yard and interacted directly with farmers.
The leaders discussed key issues such as delays in procurement, lack of Minimum Support Price (MSP), and alleged exploitation in the name of deductions. They assured farmers of full support from the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Prominent leaders who participated in the program included BJP Legislature Party leader and MLA Eleti Maheshwar Reddy, Legislative Council leader A. V. N. Reddy, Members of Parliament D. K. Aruna and Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, along with Madhavaneni Raghunandan Rao.
MLAs Pawar Rama Rao Patil, Dr. Palvai Harish Babu, Katipalli Venkata Ramana Reddy, Paidhi Rakesh Reddy, and Dhanpal Suryanarayana Gupta also took part.
MLCs Malka Komaraiah and Chinnamail Anji Reddy, along with Kisan Morcha State President Baswapuram Laxmi Narsaiah and other leaders, activists, and representatives attended the event.
