Foundation stone for the construction of a roofing over the stairway leading from Vaikuntha Dwaram to the hilltop at a cost of ₹1.41 crore.

Foundation stone for the construction of stairs towards the Mada Veedhulu (temple streets) on the Rathashala side at a cost of ₹1.35 crore.

Foundation stone for the construction of Dormitory Halls and Deekshaparula Sadanam (accommodation for devotees taking vows) at a cost of ₹43.12 crore.
