CityLightBuzz: A training programme for Unit In-Charges was held at the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Central Office, with Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu attending the session and providing guidance on government welfare schemes, development initiatives and party programmes.
Addressing the participants, Chandrababu Naidu said the training was aimed at strengthening leadership skills among party workers and ensuring that the government’s welfare and development initiatives are effectively communicated to the public.
He stressed the importance of understanding the party’s ideology and explaining the government’s achievements to people. He warned that failure to communicate the government’s good work could allow opposition propaganda and misinformation to gain public attention.The Chief Minister also spoke about the DSC teacher recruitment examinations, stating that attempts were made to spread misinformation regarding the examination process. He said the government was able to effectively counter the allegations by presenting facts and clarifying that there were no irregularities in the conduct of the examinations.
Referring to the Bhogapuram Airport inauguration, Chandrababu Naidu said the public’s participation demonstrated that people would cooperate with the government when development works were carried out transparently and effectively.
He also highlighted the financial challenges faced by the state and said that despite the difficulties, the government was working to bring systems back on track while
continuing welfare and development programmes.
Chandrababu Naidu further emphasised that the party is supreme for every worker and leader and announced zero tolerance towards those who neglect party workers or act against party policies.
He directed party leaders to strengthen the organisation at the grassroots level and ensure improved electoral performance at every booth. He also said the Unit In-Charges, Cluster In-Charges and Mandal Presidents would be given due respect and recognition within the party organisation.
