Courtesy Visit to CM Revanth Reddy; Discusses Expansion of Air Services

CityLightBuzz : Emirates Airlines India Vice President Mohammed Sarhan paid a courtesy visit to Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy at his residence in Jubilee Hills on the occasion of Emirates completing 25 years of operations in India.

During the meeting, the Emirates India Vice President expressed the airline’s willingness to introduce Airbus A380 services to Hyderabad, marking a significant step toward expanding the airline’s operations in the city. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy requested Emirates to further increase its flight services to and from Hyderabad, highlighting Telangana’s growing importance as a global investment and travel destination.The Chief Minister also informed the Emirates delegation that two new airports are planned in Telangana and invited the airline to consider establishing its Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations at these upcoming airports. He assured the company that the state government is fully prepared to provide all necessary infrastructure and support required for expanding its aviation operations.Additionally, CM Revanth Reddy invited Emirates to support sports development in Telangana by sponsoring training programmes for athletes at the Gachibowli Sports University. Responding positively, Mohammed Sarhan expressed appreciation for the state’s vision and assured that Emirates would explore the proposals presented during the meeting.
