ISOI 32nd Annual National Conference Inaugurated in Hyderabad
The 32nd Annual National Conference of the Indian Society of Oral Implantologists (ISOI) was inaugurated by Telangana Health Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha on Friday evening at HICC, Hyderabad.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that oral implantology has become an important part of modern dentistry. He noted that implant dentistry is no longer limited to replacing missing teeth, but also plays a vital role in improving patients’ chewing ability, aesthetics, confidence, and overall quality of life.
The Minister said that the government is also expanding dental healthcare services in government hospitals. He highlighted that around 50 dental doctors are being appointed to strengthen dental healthcare services.
With oral cancer cases increasing across the country and in Telangana, Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha stressed the need to focus on prevention and early detection.
He also urged dental doctors to play an active role in creating greater public awareness about oral health and the importance of regular dental care.
