Recently appointed Vice Chairman of the Telangana Planning Commission and former Hyderabad Mayor Smt. Gadwal Vijayalakshmi paid a courtesy visit to Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar at the Minister’s Quarters.
On the occasion, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar congratulated Smt. Gadwal Vijayalakshmi on her new responsibility and extended his best wishes for her successful tenure.
The Minister expressed confidence that Gadwal Vijayalakshmi would effectively utilise her administrative and public-service experience as Vice Chairman of the Planning Commission to contribute to Telangana’s development and planned progress. He also suggested that she play a key role in formulating development strategies and plans aligned with the state government’s welfare and development programmes while addressing the aspirations and needs of the people of Telangana.
