CityLightBuzz: Hyderabad, A new Telugu entertainer, ‘Village Stars’, was officially launched with a traditional pooja ceremony at the Venkateswara Veeranjaneya Swamy Temple in Venkatagiri. The film is being produced under the NSV Productions banner.
Popular actor Sameer attended the launch ceremony as the chief guest and extended his blessings and best wishes to the entire team.
Narendra and Lilly Ballu are playing the lead roles, while Srinivas, Syed Abzal, Vijay and others will appear in key roles. The film is directed by A. Narendra, with the story written by Nagoor NGR.
Speaking at the launch, actor Sameer praised the talent and dedication of the film’s team. He said that he had previously worked with director and hero Narendra and expressed confidence that the team would go on to create many more successful films.
Hero and director A. Narendra said that the team had reached this stage after working on several smaller projects and that ‘Village Stars’ marks their entry into a full-fledged feature film. He appealed to audiences to support and bless the movie.
Heroine Lilly Ballu, who hails from Odisha, expressed her happiness at getting the opportunity to be part of the project. She thanked Narendra for giving her the role and said she was looking forward to receiving the love and support of Telugu audiences.
Jabardasth actor Vasu said that the film’s launch was conducted on a grand scale and described the positive beginning as an encouraging sign for the project. He conveyed his best wishes to the entire team.
Social activist Sampath, actor Radhakrishna and other guests also congratulated the film unit and wished the movie success. They highlighted the importance of encouraging new talent and supporting emerging actors and filmmakers.The makers said that ‘Village Stars’ will present a fresh storyline and an entertaining experience for audiences. The film’s regular shooting is expected to commence soon.
